Pretreatment + Regulating Pool

Process: Two stage filtration + primary sedimentation

Filtration accuracy: 5mm, 2mm

Purpose: Reduce the sedimentation of solid in regulating pool efficiency prolong the desilting period of the regulating pool

Anaerobic

Double layer three-phase separator: 

  1. SRT>HRT
  2. Avoid sludge loss
  3. Maintain high sludge concentration

Volume load: 12.5 – 15kg COD/m3.d                    COD removal rate: >85%

Water distribution design: 

  1. Ensure uniform water distribution
  2. Prevent scale formation in inlet water piping

SRT : Solid Retention Time

HRT: Hydraulic Retention Time

COD: Chemical Oxygen Demand

External Membrane (MBR)

Features:

  1. Effluent water is stable, free from bacteria and solid suspended matter
  2. High removal rate of organic pollutants
  3. Strong biological nitrogen removal ability

Principle:

  1. External stagered flow tubular ultrafiltration membrane 
  2. Integrated modular technology in ultrafiltration 
  3. Specifically designed jet aeration device
  4. High degree automation system

Nano-Filter (NF)

Filtration level: Nanometer with molecular weight of 102-105Da

Salinity:

  1. Small interception of monovalent salt
  2. Discharged with the effluent
  3. Small concentration of salt

Clear water yield: 85%

Reverse Osmosis (RO)

Sprial RO membrane: High filtration level

Retention rate: >99% (to organic pollutants, monovalent salt, and divalent salt)

Operating pressure: 25-40 bar

Clean water yield: 80%

CJR activated sludge

Ordinary activated sludge

Clausthal Jet Reactor (CJR)

Design:

  1. Special nozzle structure design
  2. Longer aeration path and secondary dispersion caused by high-speed jet flow

Annular aeration: Increase oxygen utilization rate and reduce aeration amount

Microbial aggregates:

  1. Segmented and refined micro particles continously
  2. Double activity on surface area
  3. Double nitrification rate
  4. Reduce pool volume by about a half

CJRMBR

Energy consumption: 20-30% reduction

Nitrification rate: Double up

Tank capacity: Reduce by half

Efficient aeration: Fan air volume is 30-40% lower compared to traditional system and air pressure is reduced

Overall pool capacity: Reduce by 40% compared to traditional MBR process

Floor area: Reduce by 40-50% compared to traditional MBR process
